Marybeth Welty runs two businesses with 25 AI employees working across seven departments, and in this session she opens the whole org chart. You will see what each employee does, which ones run on a schedule and do work while she sleeps, and what that same seat would cost with a human in it.
Then she goes live on screen with three of them working: the morning brief that merges eight calendars and briefs her before every meeting, the relationship manager that runs her inbox and tracks every contact and opportunity, and the publicity manager that finds speaking opportunities and fills out the applications. She will also show the document sitting underneath all of them, which is what makes them sound like her. You will leave knowing which five to build first in your own business, and in what order.

The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, with Intuit and the World Bank, surveyed over 3,000 women business owners in March 2026 and found 69 percent report time savings from AI while those savings are not translating into business growth, because use stays concentrated in marketing. Only 33 percent of frequent users apply AI in operations. This session points it at operations: the inbox, the calendar, the weekly plan, client onboarding, and follow-up.
