Georgia spent time in private industry before developing a career in the public sector. During this time, she served on numerous boards and commissions, both nationally and locally. She and her husband Michael then began their next life chapter, spending ten years working and traveling across the country, settling in Austin, TX .

Stephanie Groschup

Stephanie is co-founder and President of GM Wealth Group, a women-owned and operated wealth management firm. She is responsible for guiding the firm’s investment strategy, research and strategic development. With more than two decades of experience in the financial industry, she is uniquely positioned to oversee a variety of initiatives for GM Wealth Group.

Specializing in investment strategy, tax mitigation, risk management, and corporate and private retirement plans, Stephanie leverages her extensive experience and professional qualifications to implement highly customized portfolios for her clients. She also employs a unique focus on the retirement space.

A psychotherapist, Dr. Dorothy was in practice for 25+ years. As a Clinical Instructor at the University of Connecticut Medical School, Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of a multi-million-dollar NIH grant, and recipient of NIH grant funding to research her work, she is a pioneer in CAM in the United States.

As the founder of 4 companies, Dr. Dorothy has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing leaders in business and in life.
