Women in the United States are not in the top 10 countries for gender parity – in fact, the U.S. isn’t even in the top 30 or 40! According to the World Economic Forum, women in the United States are losing ground in key areas – all, except for educational attainment. According to the World Economic Forum’s 2020 Global Gender Report, and the UN, gender parity is no less than a century away.
Now is the time to bring women together and help them feel empowered. And, since women have been the hardest hit by COVID, there has never been a more important time to get inspired and motivated to be bold and come together for change. Today, we’re encouraging women to speak up for their rights, improve their negotiating skills, own their futures.
